Fully ported with the ESP championship porting, will be shipped to DDM early next week with a reduced price (that what I used to charge individuals with all hand porting) because of manufacturing improvements (passing the savings to my customers). Now--all ESP porting is done on a CNC machine, with 4 or 5 hand cutters finishing tools the detail work. If you find better quality work for the price--I would love to see it.

I guarantee all work to be of top quality and hand finished detailed, ...

Hey folks. For you guys who use reed case engines. Soon, I will have complete reed case top end kits available at DDM for you to build anytime you want.

DDM will carry them, and I will let you know when I ship some out to them (about two weeks from now). I will build them from the G260/G270 and GP290 top end kits with a choice of all three cranks that are available (stock stroke 28mm, 29mm and 30mm stroked cranks)--so you will again have choices up the ying yang.

I have a few new Zen 36mm 4-bolt top end kits here in my hands. First look.

I just opened up the box that has the new Zen 4-bolt 36mm bore top end kits (A Christmas eve delivery). I have to put a long block together, and measure it all up, but here is what I see so far. The porting looks simular to the G270 4-bolt we have now, but the cylinder is a new casting, with thicker walls. The skirt outside diameter is still 38mm so it will fit on all of our 4-boilt bottom ends, but the 1mm thin skirts are shorter than the skirts we use now. We have seen a few broken skirts, ...

OK--this is my first site join since I quit the Baja forum (it is said I got banned for life first---not true--which is why I did not come back) because the onwer had a problem with me saying my engines have won a few national and a International championship(s). I guess winning championships is a slam on comeptition who nver entered a series to race us, and reason for a infraction on a existing site.

But this is a new site, and nobody should be scared of just stating facts or get punished ...
