| The example shown is 1/3 scale, however, let's say it was 1/4 scale, would you pay $3,200 for this motor as a replacement for current 2 strokers? And do you feel others would pay that? Link to motor.

| Those small engines are beautifully crafted...but...if your building a 1/4 scaler to race, your probably going for something with at least 6 hp naturally aspirated.. and I don't think that those engines produce that kind of power.. I guess if you have the money, you can keep modding that engine to get that kind of power.. |

Conley Precision says their V8 produces 5.5 naturally and 9hp supercharged. I don't think anybody would want to race a $5,700 motor though. But the level of detail they put in really isn't necessary. The motor in the first post is as real as it needs to be.
Here's their motor and dragster to show case it. Do you guys run a gasoline/oil mix right? |
