Welcome to the site. The drag car portion of 1/4 scale is steadily growing. Your drag truck sounds like a great choice.
there is a growing interest in the pro stock area of drag racing. John

So it seems that the engine and rears are the 2 main and most exspensive ingredients to a 1/4 scale drag car.. I'll be doing more reserch to find out what route I want to take while I'm finishing up the projects I have going now . I really like what I'm seein though !!

Thanks for the replies guys !!

if your thinking of going with a big motor like an 80cc your best bet is to get a rear that isnt die cast. the die cast rears are known for blowing with the bigger motors from the stress. good luck with your futur projects and welcome to the site

I could probably build one in about a week or so if I got to work on it 2 or 3 hrs a day. but I travel alot for work so I'm not always home thats the bad part
