| Almost got my FG baja ready its taken about a month and change to get it all put together but its well worth it since im starting out with everything top of the line. I would have had it finished sooner but chrismas was around the corner plus i built 2 burshless 8th scale's at the same time so this took me a little longer than i expected to finish the truck up. Im still not 100% done still waiting on my TS motor to comeback from porting which should be today latest tomorrow. After that she is ready to rock Ill get more pic's together once its fully RTR i should start break in this week. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Welcome MiamizFinest ! Great looking Baja, but with all that power from that TS, I doubt those rear china made on road tires will last long,,, the GRP's in the front would be a better choice all around!.
Great paint skeem!!
We set up in Floyd Bennett Field, which is located on Flatbush ave in Brooklyn NY. Plenty of room for drag racing or 1000 foot speed runs! _________________ Administrator - RC Burn Out Racing Forum

Good eye, actually those tires are just on there for break in. Im waiting on the PMT tires to come back in stock at Fg supply those will be there daddy's that will hold up the speeds im looking to get from this truck. The GRP dont hold up well after 80+ MPH for long period's of time the foam inserst tear and shift and then ur pretty much left screw'd.
GRP makes awsome tires in everyscale and a almost endless shore options but for my needs with this truck they wont work correctly. Now ask me about my GRP'S on my 8th scale brushless buggy and thats a whole different story!!! on that GRP is the only way to go! |

| Well guys im done with the car and at the same time im not......yesturday i fired up the TS motor and ran about a tank on it and all i can say is WOW this motor has BALLS. From a dead stop i can smoke the tires.........LITTERALLY ive never seen a 5th scale do this it was awsome.
The only thing stoping me now is the tires that i have SUCK and are pretty much worthless AND my futaba servo took a dump.......my futaba S5050 digital servo CRAPPED OUT ON ME on the first day out WHAT A POS im sending it in to futaba and hopefully they cover it under warranty seeing as the servo is BRAND new....100 dollars down the drain PINGA |

| Not the best pic but atleast finally the car is 100% done i would have completed the car 3 weeks ago but thanks to futaba and there SLOW turn around rate it took for ever to get my servo back. In the mean time i got everything else on the car ready like the front brakes and installed adjustable front arms on the car SO im good to go. I plan on starting break in tonight. Ill post better pics later [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]PS: I plan on ordering better wheels for the car this week, These tires i got on the car are pretty much WORTHLESS |

| Thank you sir, Im very happy with it. I took it out today for testing and break in and a i gotta say it runs great it has TONS of bottom end and screams NASTY on the top end.
I did semi melt the clutch bell holding, so the bearing started geting massive play in it........SO ill need to order the aluminum clutchbell holding from DDM. Its no sweat tho it only takes 2 days to get here. |
