Over the past few years I have had a few 5B/Ts. During this time I collected a bunch of spare/left over parts. One day while going through my shop, I decided to throw the parts together to come up with a simple mostly stock 5B.Man did that ever go out the window fast. At first i thought, "O.K. I have a shit load of orange and purple crap", so I started to de anodize everything and polishing it. Somewhere along the line I get this great idea of shortening it. The end result is what you see here. It is not finished, but getting closer. I am building a new ported Zen 4 bolt 28.5 for it. I will probably be getting one of the new Jet Pro drag pipes for it soon too.

I hope you enjoy the pics.

As you can see even though I have cut over 2 inches out of it, it is still a little longer than the FG.

Excellent job and a great idea!
kinda like the shorter chassis look to it, I would love to see some videos of this build once it is completed!
Keep it up man, looks great!
