Fully ported with the ESP championship porting, will be shipped to DDM early next week with a reduced price (that what I used to charge individuals with all hand porting) because of manufacturing improvements (passing the savings to my customers). Now--all ESP porting is done on a CNC machine, with 4 or 5 hand cutters finishing tools the detail work. If you find better quality work for the price--I would love to see it.

I guarantee all work to be of top quality and hand finished detailed, with repeatable and accurate port time area part after part after part after part. There is a stastical quality process called "6 sigma" which is used by major manufacturs around the world. The goal of 6 sigma is to have about 99.8% good parts (in spec and defect free) go out the door. Quality processes like that are intended to make employees make good parts all the time---but one quality minded individual in the garage will have even be better than Honda (whew--I almost said Toyota)---because I will be doing every one of them myself.

G270/G290 ESP top end kits--

Kits with head mods for a 2mm stroke crank use the 2mm crank, or a 1mm crank with no cylinder gasket (seal cylinder to cases with a gasket sealer)

Kits with no head mods (but ported) can use either the stock crank, or the 1mm crank with no other changes.

esp.
i am pleased to see many improvements in your world championship kit processing. its been a long time coming for an old sport like you! (may i add- you’re not old Doug!)

the statistical quality of the 6 sigma process is outstanding and will further cement your commitment to provide world class engines cheers

On the "what-motor-oil-is-everybody-running" thread you spoke of a dyno.

PLEASE TELL US if you have DYNO NUMBERS for the new head kits.
I’m not hung up on crazy dyno number motors niether. I prefer to know what I’m working with and adapt according to "how its working."

(sry I never said anything before Doug) in particular, i own the "ESP Championship Full Mod 27.2 4bolt" that you HAND MADE Doug, it is brand new/unfired with the "third" crank bearing still installed. (i know i need to send it to you Doug lol)

Please Doug, show us the DYNO numbers! they have to be better/more consistent than the hand mills.

and I’d be lying if i said that you wouldn't want to know this particular piece of data if you were the man outside looking in Doug.

All in all, i think this is GREAT NEWS FROM DOUG!
many thanks and congratulations! This could possibly be a new ERA for ESP!
