funny cars should run high 4 to low 5 second runs and pro stocks should run low to mid 5 second runs all on a 330 foot 1/4 scale track.

I'm building a 1/4 Pro-Stock to run at our home track(Lynwood RC Dragway) under current IMDRA rules. We run 132 feet. I know that is not a scale quarter mile for these cars but that is what we have room to run. The quickest of the quarter scales here is Hank Corks Altered car, he has made several passes in the 2.65 @upper 50mph. I will post pics of my project soon.

I will post some pics here in a few days, right now I have been in the parts collection stage. I had bought a WCM style chassis and was going to cut and convert into the pro-stock but decided against it . I am building it from scratch....nothing to elaborate but I feel it will get the job done and be relatively lightweight. Still looking into what powerplant to install.
