Start with a marder or a baja they are the lightest and leave the line very good for new guys..
I had a monster truck that i turned into a marder with other mods it was the fastest car last year im actually building a 4wd marder for this year ..

The monster truck is very heavy and u dont need the 8shocks and the alloy side guards..
For what we do our car only carry what i need to run down the track...
My car has rear off road shocks with onroad front shocks lighter in the front to transfer more weight to the rear tires my rear end was very wide to make the car more stable u dont need any special diff maby a alloy 1 but thats it nonadjustable.. we get rid of the big tank and use smaller 1s and i think u will need front and rear alloy uprights and rear alloy arms and u will be good ..... (have u bought a car yet.)..
