| Hello All, would like to sell my Chain Drive Dragster Project.... Looking to sell it to somebody that is going to race this season at FBF, I am not looking to ship this Rail, it is 6'.5" long with the body on..6' with it off. The motor is a Petco 35cc all sprockets and chain are with it along with the disc brake...I do have the rear wing, but not perfect. Also has alumium front rims with O-ring tires and rear foam tires too...remeber this was a project and will have to be finished...I am taking the chassis to the coater today & it will be gloss black and a roller when it's handed over. The body will need work to it for sure...(I really want to sell this to a FBF club member) Remeber all, this is a 20yr plus old car that at one time was played with.... I believe over $20k in sales within a 12 month period from one account is reported to IRS..

1099-k is requested if someone is approaching both of these limits :
$20,000 USD in gross payment volume from sales of goods or services in a single year, and
200 payments for goods or services in the same year
Which is losely translated to a tax bill coming up once you go over that limit is it not?
The IRS should be more like the Australian Tax Office. We don't get taxed on hobbies, gifts, lotto wins etc....
Get the payments sent through as a gift Billy. They're still exempt from the test aren't they?
